About Our Client Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support a young person with complex needs in their daily life. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

The role involves assisting with personal care tasks, preparing simple meals, and encouraging participation in daily routines. You will also provide safe and structured transport support using timers and communication tools. Additionally, you will engage in activities enjoyed by the individual and assist with light cleaning tasks around the home when needed.

This is a regular, client-specific role where your consistency will make a real difference in the life of our client. We are looking for someone who is supportive, caring, and ready to make a positive impact.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • A genuine interest in supporting someone with complex needs
  • Willingness to complete all client-specific training before beginning
