We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Client Partnerships team as a Client Support Coordinator. This is a fixed-term role that offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Job DescriptionThe Client Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, precise administration, and outstanding client service. This includes accurately and efficiently processing client orders and media bookings, coordinating media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms, and maintaining organized documentation and up-to-date CRM records.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment. They should be client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
