Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

As a highly motivated and ambitious sales-driven leader, you will have the opportunity to coach Team Members to become top performers by delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in supervising, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams, with an understanding of running successful businesses and achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to drive store performance, leading by example in creating memorable customer experiences, and coaching and training Team Members to excel in their roles.

In addition, you will be expected to provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, as well as operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks.

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Has experience in supervising, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams
  • Has an understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
  • Can provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
  • Is passionate about merchandising and stock management while thriving in a busy sales environment
  • Has demonstrated ability in coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career development
