Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Product Development team.

This role plays a key part in shaping product development by designing, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to optimise diagnostic performance and improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing statistical analyses of assay development, clinical trial, and observational study data using software such as SAS, R, or STATA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating descriptive and inferential statistics, graphical data representations, and interpret findings.
  • Contributing to study design including statistical analysis plans (SAPs), sample size calculations, and experimental design.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to provide statistical input and support across development, validation, manufacturing, regulatory, and research.
  • Writing statistical reports, visual summaries, and regulatory documentation.
  • Conducting quality control of statistical outputs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

To be successful, you will possess talent in:

  • Statistical analysis and data interpretation across life sciences applications
  • Programming in SAS, R, STATA or similar tools
  • Designing experiments and clinical trial methodology
  • Clear communication of statistical concepts to non-statistical stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally with technical and scientific teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or a related field. A bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry, particularly in assay development or product validation.
