As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven creative tools.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure alignment with company goals and timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, facilitating collaboration to maintain momentum and keep all teams informed on project status and next steps.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure that the project scope remains clear and achievable.
  • Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, organizing test sessions, and verifying deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and UI/UX standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
  • Lead daily standups, project check-ins, and other meetings, ensuring that each session is efficient and actionable, with clear priorities and next steps for the team.
  • Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritization based on business objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Generative AI, familiarity with image generation AI technologies and tools such as Automatic1111, ComfyUI or similar open-source platforms.
  • Proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad.
  • Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, with an ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, with a focus on proactively identifying and addressing project risks and roadblocks.
