Requirements:
  • Significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience working in homelessness program delivery
  • A track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations
  • The ability to draw insights from practice data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • A collaborative approach, working confidently across teams and disciplines
