
Compassionate Occupational Therapist Required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients aged between 0-17yrs, in their homes, education settings, the community or our office clinic. Your role will be both assessment and therapy intervention based.
About the Role:
- Conduct functional capacity reviews, family support plans, assistive technology assessments, and sensory profiling.
- Develop and implement therapy plans to assist clients reach their goals.
- Report writing and case noting.
- Attendance at client case conferencing.
- School programs - with our contracted schools in Victoria.
- Designing and implementing therapy interventions.
- Weekly supervision and providing supervision to direct supervisees (for supervisors).
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration.
- Strong evidence of well-developed communication skills.
- An ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated interest or experience working in OT Paediatrics.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
- A desire to learn and commit to regular continuing professional development.
- A commitment to engagement in quality improvement activities.
- An ability to mentor others and role model quality performance.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the NDIS.
- Experience working in the NDIS.
