Our organization seeks a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services on an as-needed basis, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills, with the ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide holistic patient care and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy.The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and maintain active and valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri.Prior experience in occupational therapy is preferred but not required. The selected candidate will also possess CPR certification and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
