Evolving Pain is a multidisciplinary private practice located in Melbourne's inner west dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals to manage their pain experiences with kindness, curiosity, and expert care. We are healthcare leaders committed to advancing the understanding of persistent pain and reducing the burden on the 1 in 5 Australians who suffer from it. Role Description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where pain care is viewed through a fresh, evolving, client-centred and deeply human lens. This role is flexible for the right person, including working from home and part-time options. The AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist will be responsible for a complex client list across the areas of pain, fatigue and invisible illnesses. Leadership opportunities within the clinic and across the broader pain network are available.

The essentials:

  • Occupational Therapist registration with AHPRA;
  • A passion for working with people living with complex presentations of persistent pain and invisible illnesses;
  • Commitment to empowering clients and building their capacity for thriving in everyday life;
  • Openness and desire to develop, collaborate and contribute to the community we're building.

In addition, Occupational Therapists with prior mental health experience, NDIS knowledge and mentoring experience are valued but not essential — we are looking for the right fit for our team and believe in growing together.
