We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex façade projects nationwide.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • They will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and take on a key leadership role in shaping the future of our business.

  • You will be responsible for leading full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to delivery and installation.
  • Oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones.
  • Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections.
  • Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive excellence and innovation while representing our company as an industry leader.
Your Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Proven success leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools).
  • Current Construction White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
