About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and empowering People Leader to guide and support educators and families within our centre. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, meeting compliance and financial targets, and creating long-lasting connections with our local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the centre's operations in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with families and the local community, using your marketing flair to increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You have experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
