Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to establish and lead our Queensland operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for launching and growing our QLD branch, leveraging existing client relationships and driving expansion across the manufacturing sector.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Establishing a strong team of technical professionals to manage service contracts and project work
  • Growing the client base in manufacturing through strategic business development and relationship building
  • Maintaining a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction within the branch
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of success in SMP (Structural Steel and Mechanical Piping) and/or manufacturing industry experience.

Achieving mid-senior level seniority, you should have a strong background in branch or team management, with a proven ability to inspire diverse groups to achieve shared goals.

In addition, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels and grow revenue.
