Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager SPM, this role focuses on delivering clinical assistance and conducting training sessions for our products and services within hospital settings.

Essential Duties

  • Deliver outstanding clinical support to clients regarding product usage, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Assist in surgical procedures involving a variety of products as needed.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-service schedule in line with the sales strategy.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service efforts.
  • Ensure proper management of the shared calendar.
  • Provide support in the role of a Territory Manager when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in orthopaedic theatre nursing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable clinical support position within surgical devices, preferably in orthopaedics.
  • A background in physiotherapy may also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical protocols.
  • Familiarity with the Australian public and private healthcare systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of orthopaedic products and industry-specific terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with a dedication to excellence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
