Financial Insights Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering fast and flexible funding solutions to businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and patterns, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate credit risk reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support various credit risk projects, including model monitoring and documentation.
  • Investigate the drivers of key metrics through engagement with diverse teams, systems, and data.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and credit risk fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, with Python and/or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) being a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
