Job Description

The Credit Risk and CommAssets team plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional banking experience for our customers. We provide data-driven insights, business rules, limit assignment, servicing, and verification strategies that inform lending decisions daily.

Within the Credit Risk Performance & Insights Squad, you will support the development of credit risk reporting and insights, including weekly and monthly monitoring, strategy and CommAsset tracking, and exception reporting control.

You will collaborate with other teams to understand emerging trends in portfolio performance and credit decision outcomes. A proactive mindset is essential, seeking ways to standardize, simplify, and automate reporting processes.

Deliver in-depth analysis into retail lending portfolios using world-class data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and influence the Bank's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data exploration and analysis using SQL, R, Teradata, or Python
  • Communicating complex findings to management and stakeholders
  • Delivering on promises and upholding ethical standards
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve goals
