We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Sales and Dealer Network Analyst to support sales operations and dealer network development.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as commercial acumen and an understanding of dealer or franchise networks.

This role involves providing insightful analysis on dealer sales performance, trends, and market opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales teams to develop and implement business strategies, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed analysis on dealer sales performance, trends, and market opportunities
  • Support regional sales strategy, business planning, and dealer network development
  • Partner with dealer stakeholders to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and recommendations
  • Assist with sales campaigns, product launches, and network initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Legal (para-legal) or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office and data analysis skills; experience with BI/reporting tools desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of dealer, automotive or franchise networks (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Desire to learn new skills
