Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our commercial team. This Melbourne-based role will work closely with the wider sales, partnerships and marketing team to achieve state and individual sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years direct media sales or agency experience, with a superior understanding of the media industry and content landscape. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to promote our media offerings across digital, print, podcast, event and activation channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to promote our media offerings.
- Planning and directing sales and marketing activities to align with company objectives and commercial targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs.
- Establishing distribution channels for content and services across key platforms.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, flexible and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms and Boostr, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Canva.
