The Process Operator is a high-level operational role that executes a wide range of activities and processes in accordance with established specifications and safety guidelines.

As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you will be responsible for performing all operational tasks in production, including operating various types of equipment and machinery. You will also be required to maintain and repair production equipment, signal defects and deficiencies, and assist with minor repairs as needed.

Additionally, you will be responsible for logging data and information on production orders and activities, and participating in continuous improvement projects to optimize and improve operational processes.

You will work closely with the Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure the continuous running of the plant's production processes, and may be required to stand-in for supervisory roles in production depending on the size and structure of the organization.
