Job Title: Registered and Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical delivery and supervision of non-clinical team members in a community setting
  • Intake processing, clinical care planning, and reporting
  • Conducting client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care
  • Coordinating the provision of quality care according to the client's needs, service/care plans, and available funding
  • Clinical in-home services, including care plan assessment, medication management, wound care, and chronic disease management
  • General administration for documentation relating to client care and in alignment with AHPRA regulations and legislation
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs within the community
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable car
  • A smart mobile phone (iPhone / Android)
Preferred Skills:
  • A passion for high-quality client-focused care in a community setting
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously or within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
