Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to optimize our online presence through data-driven strategies and creative content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ecommerce platform, developing paid media campaigns, and collaborating with designers on eye-catching creatives. They will also plan engaging content across Facebook and Instagram, respond to community comments, and run targeted campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Maintain and optimize our Magento 2 platform, third-party marketplaces, product listings, categories, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, and collaborate with designers on eye-catching creatives.
  • Social Media Management: Plan engaging content across Facebook and Instagram, respond to community comments, and run targeted campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and ad dashboards, providing regular reports with actionable insights.

Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth online shopping experience, assisting in developing loyalty initiatives and customer retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven background in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Magento 2 or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
