Expert Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage commercial and compliance management of major client agreements and contract administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, commercial management, and quantity surveying, with experience on projects/contracts.
- Manage commercial and compliance management of major client agreements and contract administration.
- Interact closely with the delivery management team to optimize project performance in all areas.
- Manage contract administration responsibilities for major client contracts.
- Lead the risk and opportunity process within contracts.
- Support the Commercial Manager in upstream commercial management activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain registers.
About You:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Engineering, Construction Law, or equivalent.
- Experience in contract administration, commercial management, and quantity surveying on projects/contracts.
- A working knowledge of standard forms of subcontracts and mechanisms.
