Job Title: Dealer Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Account Manager to join our team at Roc Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our dealer channel in NSW, QLD, and VIC, with a focus on growing sales and building strong relationships with our dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with our dealer network in NSW, QLD, and VIC
  • Grow sales through product education, sales training, technical support, and end-user engagement
  • Work closely with our dealers to understand their needs and provide solutions to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales from existing customers
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the two-way radio communications sector
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
