Job Title: Dealer Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our dealer channel in NSW, QLD, and VIC, with a focus on growing sales and building strong relationships with our dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, providing sales support, product education, and technical assistance to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales from existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the two-way radio communications sector.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
