Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Manager located in Gold Coast, AU. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train customer service staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement customer service policies that meet industry standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certified Customer Service Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team of customer service representatives.
  • Problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
