Personal Care Worker Opportunity in Yorke and Northern Local Health Network

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team, working collaboratively with nursing teams to provide exceptional care to our clients based on their individual needs.
Located in various sites across the region, including Clare Hospital - Kara House Nursing Home, Melaleuca Court Nursing Home - Minlaton, Peterborough Hospital – Nalya Lodge, Riverton Hospital – Wakefield Aged Care, and Snowtown Hospital – Lumeah Home, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role- This is a permanent part-time position, with flexible working arrangements available.
- You will be working 8-33 hours per week, depending on the site and your availability.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of $1128.60 to $1140.30 per week (pro rata), plus superannuation.

As a Personal Care Worker with the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to our clients, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Preparing meals and snacks.
- Cleaning and maintaining client rooms and communal areas.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of Year 10 or equivalent education.
- Previous experience working in aged care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
