About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a member of our Community Health team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality health services to our local community.

Job Description

The successful applicant will work under the direct supervision of an experienced Social Worker, providing a range of services including preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals and service providers from other sectors.

As a Social Worker AHP1, you will be responsible for contributing to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, allied health assistants, and students. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of new programs and services that meet the needs of our community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognised qualification within the Social Work profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). It is desirable to participate in the AASW Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accreditation program.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $64,395 and $93,795, depending on qualifications and experience. This package includes a competitive hourly rate, 25% casual loading, and access to a range of employee benefits.
