**Training Officer Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery and growth of our Traineeships program.

This is a part-time position that would suit individuals interested in progressing towards a career in Learning and Development. You will be required to host training events, deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions, and administer our internal learning platform.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Creating and managing student cohorts in our Traineeship program
- Administering attendance and completions records, user profiles, and new user creations on our internal learning platform
- Delivering training sessions face-to-face and virtually to employees
- Coordinating external training provider registrations, enrolments, scheduling, payments, and attendance
- Processing third-party traineeship funding claims and payment requests for external training providers
- Providing administrative support for training and assessment activities

**You Will Be Responsible For:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent administrative skills, with respect to accuracy, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask. You will also need to be competent in a range of facilitation methods, including face-to-face, individual, and group, and virtual. Additionally, you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as high-level computer literacy.
