Senior Software Engineering Team Lead Role
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to join our organization.
The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers, promoting excellent engineering and delivery practices, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
The role involves leading, developing, and growing a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear strategic directions.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing best practices, ensuring a predictable and sustainable delivery pipeline, addressing blockers proactively, establishing and maintaining effective delivery systems, including estimates, forecasting, and capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile methodologies, a strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and SDLC, a proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion, and comfort in dynamic environments guiding teams through ambiguity.
