Clinical Lead for Occupational Therapy

A Team Leader is sought to lead and support a team of Occupational Therapists.
This role requires a strong passion for leadership and clinical excellence, as well as the ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide mentorship and supervision.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and wellbeing.
- Manage a caseload and deliver therapy services to clients with disabilities in line with NDIS standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service development initiatives.
- Full registration with AHPRA
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Supportive Leadership: Dedicated 1:1 mentoring and access to senior clinical leaders.
- Professional Development: Regular internal training and $1000 allowance.
- Study Leave: Paid study days annually.
