Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

The Infrastructure Development Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the planning, execution, and delivery of transport projects across South Australia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tendering and securing new projects to grow the pipeline of works and increase revenue.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to schedule resources efficiently and ensure timely project completion.
  • Providing accurate project records and monthly reports to senior management to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in civil engineering drawings, designs, and reports, ensuring compliance with Austroads guidelines, Australian Standards, and industry best practices. The position will involve managing multi-disciplinary projects, including technical, commercial, and administrative aspects.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects, including technical, commercial, and administrative aspects.
  • Understanding of organisational and team needs and processes.
  • Ability to undertake business development to grow the pipeline of works and team.
  • Input, manage, and review civil engineering drawings, design, and technical reports.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered with Engineers Australia or the ability to become so.
  • Established relationships with local government, state government, and contractors in South Australia.
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
