Job Summary

Talentstreet is seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium and large-sized IT programs on SAP platforms. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert delivery management advice and work closely with key third-party suppliers to ensure the provision of a robust infrastructure capability to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical teams and partner with multiple vendors to achieve a combined outcome.
  • Transform SAP products, including SAP CRM, PSCD, ERP, HANA, and S/4 HANA.
  • Work across both Infrastructure and Applications areas, transforming SAP on-premises to cloud platforms.
  • Administer and coordinate a range of activities, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Utilize project and sustainment dashboards to track tasks and projects in progress across the team.
  • Assist in managing governance and finance requirements for relevant deliverable items.
  • Demonstrate personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and a challenging environment.
  • Work under pressure with close attention to detail, organize priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in Federal Government agencies, managing deliveries related to data platform specific applications and solutions.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivery management in complex IT environments.
  • Experience in SAP products, including CRM, PSCD, ERP, S/4 HANA.
  • Delivery management experience with a large government agency.
  • Active Baseline clearance.

Desired

  • Track record of successful delivery of programs in SAP related applications/platforms/solutions.
  • Experience in preparing, negotiating, and socializing delivery timelines and schedules.
  • Report on deliverables and project progress to leadership.
  • Stakeholder engagement, negotiation, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
  • Presentation and communication skills across conflicting priorities and workloads.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
