Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ERP Project Manager to lead our ERP projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in implementing ERP solutions using SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, such as Prince2 and PACE.
  • Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
  • Implement enterprise-wide ICT solutions, including information/records management and digital records transition.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes, meeting customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP solutions and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Formal qualifications in information and communications technology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ICT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing procurement activities in a government environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and communicate with stakeholders.
