Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled SAP Consultants/Specialists to lead and support operations of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Functional Analysis, ERP HR, and SAP FI Functional Configuration and Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and build the SAP HR application.
  • Document the SAP HR application in Blueprints and Detailed Design Specifications.
  • Perform ICT solution reviews for SAP HR solutions.
  • Coach DHS resources to continue to build our expertise in the SAP HR environment.
  • Perform unit testing of configuration and development changes utilizing HPALM and provide technical support for SIT/UAT testing.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to high standards and have a structured approach to analysis and design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills as required to:
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure communication and proper escalation procedures are in place to support the Director and Senior Leadership Team.
SAP PSCD Functional Configuration and Business Analyst – EL1

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PSCD Functional Configuration and Business Analyst and will be responsible for:

  • Leading and creating software and technical designs for the realization of highly complex development solutions.
  • Developing strategy to ensure high-quality code and long-term maintenance of a product's code base.
  • Providing specialist technical advice on software development and maintenance.
  • Leading the release and ensuring go-live production support and maintenance for the team's developments.
  • Leading analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities.
Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools Required For Role Include:
  • SAP Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables (FI-CA) or Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PS-CD).
  • SAP S4/HANA.
  • SAP FI.
Selection Criteria:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in large SAP Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables (FI-CA) or Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PS-CD) ICT project teams with complex business rules and high data volumes.
  • Experience of at least one full end-to-end large-scale green-field SAP FI-CA or PS-CD implementation.
  • Experience with SAP Financial and S/4HANA.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality documentation, including detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
SAP FI Functional Configuration and Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI Functional Configuration and Business Analyst and will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and undertaking high-level analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with endorsed software development methodologies.
  • Investigating and resolving highly complex ICT issues.
  • Leading a positive risk management culture.
  • Engaging and managing stakeholder relationships and partnering with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability.
  • Contributing to business and strategic workforce planning and driving the development of local strategies to improve key performance measures.

  • SAP FI.
  • SAP S4/HANA.
Selection Criteria:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in large SAP Financial ICT project teams with complex business rules and high data volumes.
  • Experience of at least one full end-to-end large-scale green-field SAP Financial implementation.
