\About The Role
\An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Store Business Manager to join our team at our Albury store. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in retail management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive a positive and safe culture in-store.
\Your Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop a deep understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.
- Lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Maximise sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About You
\To succeed in this role, you'll need:
\- Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large and successful team (30+)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible availability across our span of hours
- A strong understanding of various retail operations
- Experience working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management skills
