We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary leader to join our team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals to Defence personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain all catering and stock controls to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
  2. Forecast food requirements and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
  3. Drive exceptional food safety and quality, with a focus on allergen and dietary requirements.
  4. Collaborate with your team to deliver a premium experience across daily mess meals and events.
Requirements:
  1. Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a head chef in similar venues.
  3. Proven ability to work autonomously with initiative and under pressure.
  4. High level knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
