About The Role

We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to lead our store in Wodonga, AU. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.


You will inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will develop a deep understanding of your store team, provide coaching and development opportunities, and lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.


You will also ensure the effective operation of your store, maximizing sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to established standards.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a senior retail management position with a track record of leading large successful teams (30+ members minimum)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Flexible availability across our store hours
  • A strong understanding of retail operations and previous experience working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
