The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team as we deliver a landmark luxury apartment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

This key leadership role is suited for someone who excels at running tight, well-organised construction sites and takes pride in building high-spec products.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the build, from groundworks through to finishes, working closely with our development and project management team.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and program milestones
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site
  • Drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery lead

About You

We are looking for a Site Manager with:

  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects
  • A strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination and program control
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation
  • The ability to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction
