Caregiver Support Specialist

The Family and Child Connect (FaCC) program is a Queensland Government initiative that ensures vulnerable families and children have access to high-quality services. This role will be based in Zillmere, offering a permanent full-time position.
As a Family Response Facilitator, you will work effectively across a range of service providers to negotiate high-quality service provision to families who have complex issues.
The successful candidate will have:
- A 3 or 4 year tertiary qualification in Child Protection, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working effectively across a range of service providers, both government and non-government.
- A Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or Open Driver Licence.
- A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and the ability to obtain any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
- Evidence of current vaccination against Whooping Cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable exemption provided as per the relevant procedure.
