We are seeking a passionate and experienced OSH Coordinator to join our team at Fernbrooke Helping Hands. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service, including compliance and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs that promote learning and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
- Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development
- Manage the service's operating hours, including split shifts and extra hours during school holidays
