Job Overview
As a seasoned logistics professional, you will partner with clients to drive the stability and continuous improvement of their business-critical SAP environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the client's SAP logistics platform runs seamlessly and evolves to meet their changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance and oversight for all Day 2 operational activities, including managing SLAs, overseeing incident resolution, guiding root cause analysis of recurring problems, and governing the delivery of system changes and enhancements.
  • Be the primary operational contact for the client, leading service review meetings and ensuring the support team is aligned to deliver exceptional service.
  • Apply your deep expertise to solve complex functional issues within SAP MM, SD, and LE, and design robust solutions for system improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a SAP Project Manager or Delivery Lead
  • A deep functional knowledge of SAP Logistics, specifically in a post-implementation support environment. This includes:
  • SAP Modules: Expert-level skills in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) are essential. Strong experience with Logistics Execution (LE) is also required, and familiarity with Transportation Management (TM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is highly beneficial.
  • S/4HANA Experience: Hands-on experience working with and supporting an SAP S/4HANA system is necessary.
  • Integration Knowledge: A solid understanding of how the logistics modules integrate with other core SAP modules, particularly Finance and Controlling (FICO), is crucial to troubleshoot cross-functional issues.
  • AMS / Production Support: Proven experience working in an Application Management Services (AMS) or senior production support role, where responsible for the stability and maintenance of a live SAP system.
  • ITIL Framework: Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes is required. Adept at managing Incidents, Problems, and Changes according to a structured framework.
  • SLA Management: Experience overseeing and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service targets are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead and guide a support team, manage ticket queues, and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Consulting Acumen: Consulting mindset is key. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
