We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the surgical products portfolio within NSW/ACT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the daily field sales activities for assigned product lines within a designated geographic territory.
  • Develop tactical sales plans to maintain existing business and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Optimize customer communications using CRM software to ensure accurate data management.
  • Cultivate and achieve maximum revenue through existing accounts by executing ongoing support, education, and sales processes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of customer objectives and purchasing criteria to form long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Travel as necessary to optimize portfolio exposure within the specific geographic territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry with proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
