Electrical Drafter Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Drafter to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position based in our office.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality design artefacts and technical documentation.
  • You will work on innovative high-voltage infrastructure projects, including substations, grid connections, and battery storage systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage design information provided by Primary Design Engineers, Civil Design Engineers, and Design Managers.
  2. Produce CAD drawings in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD to meet client requirements and standards.

Requirements:

  • A sound knowledge of the utilities or renewable energy industry with experience in substation design highly regarded.
  • Previous experience producing CAD drawings in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for compliance with client requirements and standards.
