Job Description

We are seeking a permanent full-time professional to shape and drive our strategic roadmap for Artificial Intelligence in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our AI strategic roadmap.
  • Lead governance processes to ensure responsible and ethical AI implementation.
  • Identify, prioritize, and manage high-value AI use cases across the business.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of AI solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Champion change management and foster a culture that embraces AI adoption.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance AI literacy across the business.
  • Build compelling business cases to support investment in AI initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the business impact of AI initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration/MBA.
  • Proven experience in change management and business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices and CI/CD tooling.
  • Solid grasp of AI concepts, tools, and data governance principles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
