At T2 Tea, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Warringah. As a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service experience to every customer.

About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and become a tea and brewing expert to make informed recommendations.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to T2 safety policies and procedures.

About you

  • You're a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • You have previous customer service or retail experience, which is advantageous but not essential.
