Leading Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues by adhering to National Quality Standards (NQS) and implementing Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Lead a classroom effectively by engaging with educators, families, and children to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
- Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to achieve best outcomes in education.
- Contribute positively to delivering the Centre's business plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Share best practice examples to improve education programs.
