**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our educational programs for young children. As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience of our students and contributing to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and education of children, families, and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation of programs and policies.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
