Seeking an experienced Maintenance Support Administrator to manage remote sites in Perth. This role offers a Monday-to-Friday roster and competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain site records, including machine hours, purchase orders, and fuel usage.
  • Enter timesheets for employees and subcontractors, and maintain rosters.
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, and cost jobs.
  • Maintain training records and assist with inductions.
  • Facilitate new starter processes and maintain databases.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in administration roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and high-energy individual.

Australian working rights and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate site records, managing employee timesheets, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
