Drive Thru Restaurant Operations Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example: drive engagement and results with your team of 20-50 staff members.
  • Oversee daily operations: rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance, with support from your Area Manager.
  • Cultivate talent: conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans for your team.
  • Maintain financial control: manage profit and loss statements, budgets, and key performance indicators.
  • Foster community connections: implement our Local Matters program to engage with and support local groups.
