The Opportunity

You will be a key member of our team, driving membership growth by interacting with people from all walks of life. You will contribute to generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to maximising sales opportunities by achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and participate in member retention programs.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster and make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a current First Aid & CPR certificate, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills. You should be goal-focused, a team player, and customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
