We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our values-driven team. The successful candidate will be at the heart of our mission to care for the elderly with respect, value, and a sense of belonging.

Your Role:- Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
- Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI)
- Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in our facility
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
- Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
